So I guess staying in your lane on a 2 way is to hard,or maybe just making a complete stop at a stop sign. 2 different drivers not caring same company.

The technicians were top notch, however, Tammy office staff did not call when she said she would. She didn’t keep us informed of the order arrival. We had to call the office. She was to call us last Friday but she did not. We were told the equipment was stuck in Kansas City last week. Then today she was to call us about the replacement part status, the part we received was faulty. She did not call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Matt came out and helped us with an issue with our A/C unit. Not only did he fix our issue quickly and professionally but also helped me learn and understand the problem. Honestly I don’t know if I have ever been more impressed with a company’s punctuality and professionalism. Matt far exceeded my expectations, Vickerey Heat and Air is lucky to have Matt, top notch guy!

Your tech sure knows his stuff, determined what the problem was really fast and got the repair done just about as fast and was a really inexpensive….If all your employees are as personable as he was you have one heck of a business… thanks so much

after hours service showed up at 10pm to get our AC functioning on a very hot evening. Great service and attitude. thank you
