“I made an online appointment at 9:15 and the first available appointment was 9:45 so I was there on time. Check in was simple and the front desk clerk was very nice. It only took maybe six or seven minutes to be called back into a room and the CNA, (I’m assuming that was her title) was super nice and attentive. Dr. Jones came in and I really liked him, in fact, more than any doctor I’ve seen there. I had a particular test and it came back negative, yay! Anyway, Dr. Jones came back and gave his opinion on what he thought was going on. We agreed on a treatment plan and I was out a short bit later. All in all, it was a really nice and comforting experience, considering I was at urgent care, and in pain.“
