Received Care with no problems even though they were busy. Staff was pleasant , knowledgeable, friendly. Every room was spotlessly clean, no clutter.
This 4 star review applies only to the reception staff and nursing staff. Their level of service was absosolutlyprofessional and friendly. Unfortunately I would only give Dr. Eric a 1 star review for his lack of professionalism, his condescending behavior, and his overall unfriendly attitude! He's young so hopefully as he gains experience on the job his attitudes will grow into a higher level of service for his patients and Hillcrest. Thank You
