It’s been a little over a year now in our home built by Kennedy Homes.We want to say thank you again for building our Beautiful forever home . The house is an energy efficient Gift in lower utilities. This house is 1000sqft bigger than our previous home and we pay the same or little less in utilities. not only is it a money saver, but it is a masterpiece in our eyes the touch to detail was above and beyond and the commitment to a great product you could see in all the subs they use .We pinch ourselves every day thinking it’s a dream, but it is realityThank you very much Eric and all the Kennedy Family and a personal shout out to John B the Forman for our project for... read full review
Eric and his team build incredible custom homes. The process was easy. Eric and his team provided great support throughout the course of the build. Kennedy homes does not sacrifice quality whatsoever and the finish product of our home has exceeded my family’s expectations. Eric Kennedy and his team were great! It can be scary going into building a home these days but the process with Kennedy Homes was seamless. Anytime we had an issue with anything, Eric made it right. I’d definitely recommend them again.
