Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kennedy Homes. A builder with integrity and honesty, down to earth good folks, impressive crews, and a family feel. We had the best superintendent who always worked to answer any and all of our questions in the most thoughtful and respectful way. Carrying your own construction loan can feel intimidating, but it was incredibly liberating to be able to control how our money was spent. The admin and billing assistant made budgeting such an easy process. We love having a custom home that meets all our needs and goes beyond our dreams.
