Shopped around to find a builder that we were comfortable with for a couple of years. Actually talked to Eric early on and eventually came back around to him because he was local, personable, had the plans we wanted and just felt comfortable with him to get us what we were looking for.Trying to completely understand the house building process can cause you a headache and we had a lot of questions throughout, but Eric usually answered in a way to prevent that migraine(LOL).
