At the time of a plumbing service call, the quality of work was good. However, we felt overcharged. Shortly afterward, I received a call from Larry Bair, Operations Manager. He was willing to listen and review the incident. The Core Value of integrity was demonstrated as Larry took care of our concern.
Such wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly people. Called for a tutorial of our arobic system, because we just purchased a home, and I could figure out how it worked, it off or worked, it how to tell. And they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning.
Dalton showed up on time, very polite and ready to show me the instructions and outs of the arobic septic system. He looked the system over, thank by tank,and it was overflowing from the first tank to the last one. And the last one had begun overflowing into the back yard. I originally found out about JT from another parent in my daughter’s band booster program (Megan), so I decided to try JT Services when it came time to have my conventional septic system pumped and serviced. The calltaker/dispatchers (Taylor? and Nicole) were great in setting up the service call and scheduling. The service tech (Quincy) was fantastic to deal with - very polite, knowledgeable, and explained the process very well. He also gave detailed information about the status of my system. I will definitely use JT Services for my future needs!
