After experiencing problems with our septic tank, we had it pumped 3 months ago. It seemed to be working well, but then, WOW! Leaks from our toilets and sinks. For weeks we had to use a porta-potty, wash dishes in wash pans to prevent water from flowing out to the tank. We emptied these wash pans outside away from septic system for quite some time.
We received a recommendation from a friend to call JT Services. When Keaton, one of their staff came to pump out the septic tank, he noticed a few other problems we had. Scheduled for maintenance. Dalton was very professional when calling to say he’d arrive. Showed up on time and was such a nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guy! I appreciate him letting me ask all the questions since this is our first experience with a septic system.
Davonta was awesome, cared about what I had to spend and tried his best to help me. Something you can't say about a plumbing experience in today's era. I would recommend this place to anyone if all there techs are the same as him, can't beat the experience. Definitely 5 star experience for me
