One of the worst doctors I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been dealing with these health issues since October of last year I went in January 14 of this year to see her and she has referred me to two separate places, both have been wrong per my insurance and the scheduling department says that it is their fault and they have to fix it but when you go in there and tell them that they push all the blame on the scheduling department truly one of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to the staff is extremely rude and obviously the doctor needs to go back to medical school. So if you’re looking for a good doctor, I don’t recommend going here because all they care about Is money

Dr kroeker is rude and condescending. I didn't see her in her office i had the horrible experience of meeting her in Pryor ER where she also works. I went in worried about a blood clot in my leg. Which she completely dismissed and instead wanted to discuss the panic attack I was having instead which i was having because of the my leg. She talked down to me like a child. I'm a single mother to a disabled child. If something happens to who takes care of my daughter? That's why I went the hospital. Dr kroeker you need to do better.

So nasty they don’t have soap nor paper towels in their restrooms someone told the lady at front and she just acted like she didn’t care about it at all… well time to tell Utica Parks customer service and the health department

She has been my mothers doctor for a few years now and I can honestly say my moms health has deteriorated as she told my mother she was deteriorating which I understand the doctors opinion but my mother does not speak English. My sister that went as translator was really upset about Dr kroeker's empathy towards our mother.

She has been our family doctor for over a decade and she has only gotten better. Attentive, caring and understanding. We are always greeted with a smile and always friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an attentive doctor.
