Dear Red Rock.I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the level of support I received from your organization. Unfortunately, my experience with your services has left me feeling neglected and unsupported during a time when I was in dire need of assistance.Following the departure of one of your employees, it appears that a decision was made by Red Rock that I was no longer deserving of the help I had previously been receiving. After taking a month to get into and start counseling services, Sheena dropped me as a client and closed my entire case without any warnings or communication at all. Completely unprofessional. If I want to see a new counselor here I would have to go through the entire interview process that took a month all over again instead of Sheena just communicating with me and switching me to a different counselor if she didn't want me as a client.
