This place is awesome. I bought their spring special which included red light therapy due to inflammation from surgery and it makes me feel soooo good. And the nutrition has awesome teas.

I was passing through town and stopped in for red light therapy. I was pleasantly surprised and over joyed to find out what they offered: vibration plates, smart scales (measure visceral fat, protein, water, and bone mass). The hydro massage machine was incredible. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Will return soon! Can’t wait!

I love this place, the girls are so nice, they keep everything really clean, they have made a nice quiet relaxing place to get some excersise. I really like the machines, the help with the excersises from the machines allow me (I have lower back n neck issues) to excersise more. I even got my daughter a membership and she loves going and looks forward to the wkends she's with me so we can go excersise.
