Dr. Evans and his staff in Chandler are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the team is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Dr. Evans is professional, thorough, and truly caring. He takes the time to explain all of your options clearly, making sure you feel informed and comfortable with your eye care decisions. It’s clear that he puts his patients first, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent optometry care. A true jewel for Chandler and surrounding areas.

From the second I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The front staff were kind, friendly, and down-to-earth—no attitude, no awkwardness, just real people who actually care. The energy in the office was calm, warm, and comfortable, which instantly put me at ease.
Dr. Evans took his time with me, explained things clearly, and treated me with so much respect. He didn’t rush through the exam or talk over me like I’ve experienced at other places. You can tell he cares about people—not just prescriptions.

Had a VERY pleasant experience, even during the COVID-19 pandemic...they provided hand sanitizer and the staff and Dr. Evans wore face coverings (as did I). They were very aware and kept all surfaces wiped down, including the kiosk tablet the patient updated their information on. My contact lenses came in timely and even though I was a few minutes late picking them up, they waited at the office for me after closing time, ON A FRIDAY!! THANK YOU!!
