Would have been a 5 star review. However the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I left they sent over the incorrect DOB for my script therefore it held up at the pharmacy and when I called about it 30 mins after initially contacted the lady said well what do you want me to do apologize a million times? IMO that is very rude and unprofessional! The provider was very kind and quick which was appreciated.

Edited to add: THEY SAVED MY SON'S LIFE BY TRUSTING THEIR INSTINCT THAT SOMETHING WASNT RIGHT WITH MY SON AND REFERRING HIM TO THE ER INSTEAD OF BEING DISMISSIVE AND SENDING US HOME 🙌 it turned out he had appendicitis! NP Jennifer and I believe NP Britney, (but mostly Jennifer) have treated my family and I for over a year and have always provided over 5-star service! We are a family of 6 who constantly catches viruses from working in the public and our children being in school and pass stuff around in our home. They always treat us like family getting us in and out as quickly as possible. They have always acknowledged our concerns and not dismissed us like other providers often do. So, call before you go and make sure it's one of them above! If you schedule online, fill out the online paperwork, and have your ID and payment ready, it drastically reduces wait time. We are so grateful for them! They truly care about reducing the spread to others. If there's something they're unsure of in the slightest, they recommend further medical treatment at a hospital but do their best to treat everything in house. NP Jackie has shown great improvement in listening to people's concerns and taking action!

Had a bad case of infection from poison ivy exposure, on a Sunday, no less. Was able to enter their establishment at 5:15 PM, was seen by 5:30, and released after a steroid shot in the bum, 6 PM.
