Make sure if you’re self pay, the provider is aware so they don’t order unnecessary tests without quoting you… Kayleigh, the office manager was amazing and assisted with the situation. “I made an online appointment at 9:15 and the first available appointment was 9:45 so I was there on time. Check in was simple and the front desk clerk was very nice. It only took maybe six or seven minutes to be called back into a room and the CNA, (I’m assuming that was her title) was super nice and attentive. Dr. Jones came in and I really liked him, in fact, more than any doctor I’ve seen there. I had a particular test and it came back negative, yay! Anyway, Dr. Jones came back and gave his opinion on what he thought was going on. We agreed on a treatment plan and I was out a short bit later. All in all, it was a really nice and comforting experience, considering I was at urgent care, and in pain.“
