This is most definitely the best gym I've been in from easy Coast to west Coast, right here at home, no need to even to try broken bow or idabel,come here best update equipment and the staff and owners are awesome ??
I bought a 3 day pass here so that I could continue strongman training during vacation, and what an absolute gem. I couldn't believe that there would be a gym here with an actual deadlift platform and Ohio deadlift bar. There are a host of machines, squat racks, benches, dumbbells, and cardio equipment. The owner was there when I signed up and couldn't have been friendlier. The atmosphere is great! I highly recommend. This isn't a run-of-the-mill commercial style gym, there is something for everyone.
What a gem! Fantastic gym to support local and tourists to stay in shape with day passes, great equipment, memberships and meals! It’s a bit warm there as they keep the thermostat at 72, so dress appropriately.
