Only thing that was not good was the check in process. Absolutely maddening that you go to a professional place and they tell you to get your phone out, scan the QR code and fill out this extensive pages of detailed information and send it to the directed contact. This is a follow up visit 2 weeks after the last time I was there and TOLD to fill out all the details of my life with dates, medication lists, allergies and Doctors names. 1 time should be enough! Repeat customers should be asked if the information on file is correct or is there anything changed. Several time I have started to just walk out rather than repeat data that should by law retained
I went in for an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. They were SO good. They got me right in, gave me steroid and Benadryl, and watched me for 30 min. Great group of practitioners there.
I was taken here by my job for a drug panel because they thought the only way an accident could happen was if i was high. ? the staff was friendly. Desk lady was suuuuper cute and Helpful. Might cause another accident just to go back. The experience was quick and chill. The only thing i would say was unsatisfactory was the fact the TV in the lobby feels like you're in a cheap motel and just playing the same 4 ads over and over. Kinda felt like what i would imagine purgatory being like. But aside from that. Wasn't bad at all
