I needed towing services and after calling several places, I called Tuff Truck Towing and got Brandon on the phone and this young man was so nice and also gave me the best quote of any other company. He was pleasant on the phone and in person when he delivered the vehicle. I will be using them again if I need a tow and be recommending Tuff Truck Towing to everyone that may need their service. After waiting 4 hours for roadside assistance. Darren was patient with me, kind, and friendly when I called to tell him my situation. He was truthful when he said it would be about 20 minutes. Brandon arrived and was so nice and friendly. Carefully loaded my vehicle on trailer. I got to sit in a clean cab with air conditioning to the collision repair shop.

I cannot thank Tuff Truck Towing enough. I decided to follow a bunch of vehicles into a high grass field last night to park at the BA graduation. Myself, as well as others got stuck in a muddy mess. I called and they showed up super fast to help. When I left the graduation hours later, I noticed he was still there helping others get out. I cannot thank them enough.
