I have 3 children that attended TFC with the oldest starting at around 10 years old, middle child was 9, youngest 7. The oldest will be 15 this month. The experience has been nothing but positive enriching their lives on and off the mat. The two oldest have won multiple world championships allowing them to compete with the best of the best both stateside and European countries. The community that TRITON provided was the same mindset that we have at home. Discipline, respect, and honor are not just buzz words that Professor Wilhelm throws around. Been training at Triton for 4+ years. Great community, atmosphere, and sense of belonging all while maintaining martial arts principles of discipline and perseverance through pressure and process. Good instruction, great if you are looking to compete or just be confident in your ability to handle yourself and protect others.

This is a great gym. I started here in November 2025 with no knowledge and have been humbled and honored to be a part of this gym. The instructor and students all are very helpful and welcoming to new students and show you how to grow. I cant say enough good about this gym!
