Buying a car is a scary time for me. I left a couple other dealers without looking back because I felt pressured and/or I couldn't get a clear answer about price of the vehicle. I worked with Dravian at Regional and he did a great job and I feel great about my purchase. He respected my boundaries and worked with me primarily through email, he never made me feel pressured about anything, and he was personable without feeling like I was being "handled". He felt genuine. And he helped me get the price I was hoping for!
Such a nice place, the renovation looks great. Always helpful and keep you informed of the process. Had extensive service and they made it clear what was needed and what is only recommended. The clear choice on where to bring your Hyundai for top class service.
First let me say that Jake was the best salesman experience I've ever had! He was true to his word & worked diligently to secure a vehicle I had been looking for over 4 months. Couldn't get my hands on the Elantra Blue for anything! I am so pleased with my experience that the next car I need, which will be within the next year, I'll return to see Jake. Wonderful young man, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAKE! The dealership was incredible too. Brand new facility & beautifully put together. BTW, the finance guy was fantastic too!
