Had my pickup towed there for what I thought was a transmission problem. Turned out to be something else. They fixed the problem and got it back to me in a timely manner manner. The staff was great to work with and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

My transmission went out while in town visiting. I called around several places trying to find the best price and turnaround time for a complete replacement. Builder's was by far the best price and was the only place who could get my car in and out by the end of the week. Others I called were twice as much and the first availability was 2-3 weeks out. Jeff communicated with me through every step and notified me of a couple of oil leaks he discovered during the repair. He asked me if I wanted to have him fix those while the transmission was out, saving me lots of money. They also cleaned up a wiring issue I didn't even know I had.
