I have been visiting the same vet clinic where I adopted my cat from up until this most recent visit. I moved to BA and wanted a closer vet, so we visited PAWS after reading the reviews. Absolutely mind blowing at how different this experience was. First and foremost, I love their cat Nala. They have a quiet space, incredibly inviting staff, and a wonderfully educated crew of vets. They were quick, informative, and highly courteous!!! I will only ever be taking my cat and future pets to PAWS.
Had a great visit with the technician and doctor. They handled both of my cats with the utmost care and updated me with everything they examined. Can’t give it a 5star because of the following: I was scheduled for a 3:00pm appointment, came in at 2:45pm (per request) and wasn’t actually seen until 3:30. The blonde front desk lady was also very short with me and was not very helpful giving directions.
Other than these issues I had an amazing visit, the environment wasn’t stressful for me or my cats and I was even able to allow one of my cats to sit on my lap in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend.
Had an appointment today for a problem visit and everything went smoothly from scheduling, to reminders, to arrival. The clinic is very well maintained and clean. The exam rooms are nice with the couches and the tables that go up and down from the wall. The staff is all very friendly and they immediately take you back to a room. I find taking pets to the vet very nerve wracking but our cat was treated kindly and gently. The vet seemed very knowledgeable and the exam went well.
