This was my first visit to K.F.D. It was one of the best dental experiences that I have had in a long time. I didn't feel like I was just another patient on a cold conveyor belt of different techs and dentists examining me, and then pushing me out the door. It has that family feel that is getting lost in today’s dental practices. Everyone in the office that I met before I was brought into the examination room was friendly and I was greeted with smiles. The examination room that I was in was very comfortable with a big picture window that looked out into a garden with birds and squirrels going about their day - very relaxing. Mayne was the Hygienist that treated me, along with Dr. Kincaid. They were very friendly, professional, explained everything that they were doing and answered all my questions. We chatted and laughed so much that I felt like I've known them for a long time, especially Mayne. The next thing I knew, I was done. Again it was a great experience. I have found my new dental treatment home.

I have sincere dental anxiety from a bad experience about 15 years ago that lead to more expensive and painful dental work. The team at Kincaid Family Dental help alleviate all that anxiety with a friendly atmosphere and walking me through the process every step of the way. I will definitely not have a rapid pulse next time I walk through their doors and will bring my entire family to the practice now! Thanks to Dr. Kincaid and Allie!
