Doctors are great; if you tell them to write you a script he will for practically anything and they don’t even ask you questions! A+.

Athena masons entire practice is an absolute mess. I have a chronic illness and she did absolutely no research before my new patient appointment and while I was trying to get help she was extremely dismissive and difficult. Zero compassion. Not to mention I told her three times that I use CVS and she filled my prescription at a random Walgreens. The little pharmacy mess up would really not be a big deal but it’s just that she was so dismissive of me and rude including her front of desk staff. The whole experience was just a mess. I really don’t recommend Athena if you have a chronic illness.

I was contacted before the office closed to pay off my account. I paid off the remainder of my account and they are still charging me every single month. I have reached out to them to ask for them to stop this repetitive billing and they have not yet contacted me. My next step is to dispute these charges and file formal complaints with the state.

Time for a new Doctor. Not paying for someone to assume they know when they just looks at past history or pre screen charts an not actually inspect the issue. Wish that other Doctor was back

I moved here from CA in January 2022. I needed my first mammogram after breast cancer. Not only did she recommend a Dr, the cancer center called me within days. I needed a new pcp and Dr Mason is the best. She responded to my complaint and asked questions so she was sure she got the right info. Months later I went in for referral, but by the time I got there, I had other issues. They took x-rays, drew blood, all in the same building. Great place. Would recommend

My family have been with Family medicine since the 90s. We loved Dr. Jeske, however in the past year it became difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Jeske so my family tried Dr. Mason. She didn’t take me serious when I told her how much pain I have been in the past month. Instead she would just prescribe me medicine that had nothing to do with my pain. My pain was so bad, I ended up in the E.R. Three times. Instead of her continuing one E.Rs plan that was helping me she laughed at me and says ,”What for?” When I tell her I was in the E.R. I had to keep reminding her my arm is messed up. After 3 days of constant calling and leaving messages she finally called in a referral for an M.R.I. The M.R.I revealed I have 2 tears in my shoulder and 2 strains. My family has pulled out of that practice and changed to another physician. If you want a physician that will call you in prescriptions that have absolutely nothing to do with your current condition the Dr. Mason is your Physician, but if you want a Physician who actually listens to you and takes care of your current condition then run as far as you can from Family Medicine in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

This is the only clinic i know that calls after hours when they are closed. That way if you miss their call because you are still at work there is no way for you to call them back!!! And they show that they are open on Saturdays...thats a lie! At least when ive called they tell me due to covid their schedule had to be changed.
