They helped me submit my claim after the inspection and they quoted me the same class 3 roof I had. And I would have a $1600 deductible. Darren, the owner, called me back 2 hours later and was very happy to tell me that he had found a class 4 shingle that looked very much like the original and that I would have $0 out of pocket!! (Upgrade) His employees are amazing! They installed my roof in 1-1/2 days! The first day they worked from 7:30am to dark and the roof was 3/4 finished. When if ever, have you felt blessed when you accidentally found an incredible company to do business with? I met TJ from Exceptional Roofing while we were out to eat. I could not be happier with the work they are doing. After I contacted my insurance company, Darin (the owner) of Exceptional Roofing and Exterior handled everything from their end. New roof, gutters, window screens, and follow up. Great commucation and customer service. Thanks guys for being awesome.

Terry approached us and assessed the damage to our roof, fencing, screens and a few other items after a massive hail storm. He informed us how to file a claim with our insurance company and from that point he followed up with them to make sure everything went smoothly. Terry and Darrin had crews get the complete job done within two weeks and kept all the promises they made to us throughout the process. We highly recommend Exceptional Roofing Company to anyone that has roofing or storm related problems.
