I have used Elite Heat and Air since 1989 but they have recently changed to Kinty Jones Heating and Cooling. This is good change. They installed a new AC and heat unit for me. It was a good experience, very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Very pleased with the new management.
From the very start, Kinty was exceptional! They helped me keep and fixed my air conditioning and I was allowed to pay afterwards. This helped me financially. The gentleman that came out was courteous and his knowledge was exceptional. He checked out everything and explained it all to me. He didn’t rush plus he helped me understand everything. He showed me my unit, what it needed and I had him fix it based on what I thought I could afford. I know what is wrong and how long it may last. Elite Service now Kinty-Jones provides great and caring service. Our technician Joshua was courteous and fixed our problem easily. Kaylin in customer service went above and beyond to help us get rebates from PSO! They both exceeded my expectations!
