Have used 2 times now, he was able to fix both of my problems, where as everyone else wanted to rebuild the tranmission, very honest shop. I will not use anyone else, wish I knew about him years ago, good tranmission guys are hard to find

We've had our 2010 Ford F-250 diesel truck to 3 different repair shops. Not one could figure out why it wasn't shifting correctly. After Builders Transmission's inital diagnosis, we were happy to hear it was somehwhat of a simply repair, changing a fan motor. Upon picking it up, we were ELATED to find it was a sensor issue and a drastic lesser fee for this repair. Obviously this is not the case for every situation, but we truly apprecaited their honesty and skills in getting to the root of our truck's problem!

Had torque converter shudder in my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Jeff was very responsive when I called and gave me a good explanation of what was happening and how he could fix the problem. It took about a week to get parts and do the work. During that time he kept in touch as to the repair. Picked up the truck and all was repaired to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Builder's for transmission work.
