Great customer service pre-sales, they were very accommodating to work with during and the installation and products (carpet and LVP) look great. Would definitely go back to them for any future flooring needs!

Excellent experience from beginning to end.
The store was clean, well organized, and no pressure.
Travis, our project manager, was punctual, friendly, and made the project an easier process than it otherwise could have been.
Our installer, Victor and his team, did a fantastic job. Careful and meticulous with their work. Clean- no garbage left around. Did their best to clean up dust and piles of materials at the end of every day.

We really enjoy our new living room carpet from BA Flooring. Bryce and his team were a pleasure to work with. He even came out to our home to measure and make recommendations where to place the carpet seam, since the room was so large.
The installation crew did a fantastic job, making the process seem effortless.
