Our adult family of 3 recently moved to Oklahoma from Texas where we had long-established relationships with our individual optometrists. However, we are ALL now clients at Advanced Family Eye Care! All three of us, individually, had the most amazing and positive experience at AFEC! The team is remarkable, kind, pleasant and highly customer service oriented. While in the waiting area, I overheard a phone call with what appeared to be an apprehensive potential client. I highly recommend Advanced Family Eye Care. The first person I talked to over the phone to schedule my appointment was Natalie. She was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She answered all of my questions and was just so very nice. I arrive at my appointment to be greeted by the ladies at the front desk who were also very welcoming and kind. Next I’m called back to start the exam with Shania who was awesome. She was so patient and answered all my questions. Next came Dr. Ross and after meeting him, I could see why his staff was so excellent. He was great and just as nice as the others I met. Next I worked with Carla to find some frames that I liked. Clean office, helpful and friendly staff. The doctor was very patient and didn’t try to rush my appointment. He explained the results in a way I could understand. Highly recommend.
