I scheduled an A/C maintenance appointment online over the weekend for Tuesday. First thing Monday morning, I received a call to confirm the details so the technician could come prepared. Micah arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly. Since our home is a new build and only two years old, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain the type of unit we have, how it operates, and even complimented the original installation. It was clear that Micah is highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his work. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!
Andy and Nick came to do an inspection of our system and were very professional. They inspected our system, and once completed they provided us with pictures, and an explanation of any issues and what corrective actions that needed to be taken. They also provided us with a cost estimate of the repairs.
Our hot water heater went out and when I called Yarbrough & Sons, LLC they were very accommodating. Got me scheduled for the next day, but we got lucky and after them having a cancellation they came to us the same day! Joseph Rau was our technician and he was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got us taken care of and back up and running!! Highly recommend!!!
