So with pillows piled on top of me and the animals, I texted Whirlwind to let them know I needed them to come out and look at my property and my roof. The next day they were inspecting the damage seeing that my tree in the front had broken and fallen on the front of the house, and that some of the metal facia had ripped off the house swirled around and ended up in the backyard. It was a real pleasure working with the Whirlwind folks. They went above and beyond when the insurance company asked them to come back on four different occasions to justify any damage. In the end, the insurance company only approved a portion of the damage, but at least I knew I had a roofer who could fix the whole thing and do so professionally. They gave me options and several different estimates. I appreciate the personal touch and the experience associated working with Whirlwind. I can highly recommend them.
