Chelsea is THE BEST! She explains the whole process of any procedure so well and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process! She’s also like the funniest person I met which makes the whole process so fun. She has done my brows and lip blushing and I would recommend her to anyone looking for permanent makeup!
