What a great experience. I actually had two roofing provide estimates (including Billings Roofing & Solar). I chose Billings due to the professional appearance of the Payton (The face to face POC) his professionalism to the project, and the follow through along with follow ups post work.

Mark took his time carefully explaining what we needed and how he & his team could successfully complete the roof replacement in a timely manner. He went out of his way to research financing options to help us. We are very satisfied with the help we received and the completed roof. His team was great as with the work and the cleanup. I interviewed quite a few roofing companies, over a dozen, and finally decided on Billings Roofing & Solar. The estimator, Franklin, came, thoroughly inspected my roof, took pictures and showed me problem areas. He gave me several quotes for different options as well as adding necessary ventilation. Franklin was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Then the owner came and went above and beyond to answer any questions & alleviate any anxiety. All of their communications & scheduling of materials, including the drop off & pick up of dumpster were flawlessly coordinated. This was a very professional company from start to finish. The roof looks awesome!
