I live in east Norman, which isn't really conveniently located for me to use Emerald Springs, but the service I receive makes it worth the difference. The on site staff are very helpful. The shining star is the service staff that came to my house numerous times over the years for a service call, especially Stephen, who is very friendly and knowledgeable! He is prompt and maintains good communication for his appointments, as well as offering suggestions for better maintenance of my hot tub.

Bought my hot tub from them in the Summer 2023. They were so easy to work with. Delivery was a breeze and they even hooked me up with an electrician who was a lot cheaper than my regular electrician. You will not be disappointed and I love my salt water tub!

Emerald springs has the best selection and service of any place in the metro. Regina and Randy were both very helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery was handled professionally as well. After four months of owning a hot springs hot tub, I highly recommend and would gladly do business with them again. Keep in mind, lots of places sell hot tubs, but when you need service you might be calling an 800# and praying…not the case with Emerald Springs, as they will service what they sell. We couldn’t be happier with ours!
