I came to this place because Dr Shadid moved here. He is the best dentist I've ever been to.
From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. everyone was so nice. Jana was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was very professional, funny, and did a great job. it did not hurt one bit!
The front office staff was kind and explained everything clearly.
I highly recommend this place!
Today was my first visit and staff was very friendly, from the ladies at the front counter, to the assistant, and the doctor. Probably the most pleasant dentist visit I have ever had. They were very reassuring and explained to me the things they were doing.
Unexpected need. Got me right in, diagnosed quickly, plan explained, procedure begun. Dr Shiela, Callie, and Rasheed professional and efficient. And over the top friendly! The office staff is always helpful. Recommend Bethany Family Dentistry to everyone!
