Dr. Vaclaw is top notch. Always takes time to listen. Cares about your quality of life. All the nursing staff and front desk staff are kind and professional and dressed professional

I love that I am always in and out very quickly, Dr. Vaclaw always hears me out, makes suggestions and let's me decide for myself. The staff in lab are also friendly and do their job very well.

It had been a while since I had seen my primary care doctor so I called to make an appointment to check on a specific concern. Making the appointment was relatively simple, the check in at the appointed time was reasonably painless, I was able to update my information online, very short wait to see the doctor and the visit answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. So all of that was successful The lack of a fifth star is because I was probably told six or eight times that I was a new patient when I have been there dozens of times in the past. Just not for a few years as I mentioned. I'm sure my records are around someplace but if they are ever needed...read full review
