Kari provided top drawer service when we sold our mid-price range house in Bartlesville.
She was a pleasure to work with—even during some of those tough conversations that were needed.
We had already moved out of town and wanted to sell our Bartlesville house. Kari work with us every step of the way to decide what to leave alone, and to find and manage quality, affordable workers for the areas that we agreed needed freshening or repair.
She seems to truly understand the changing local market and worked to help find the right buyer—then helped us work a deal that worked well for both us and the buyer.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Kari on the selling side of a home purchase. As a mortgage lender, I work with many realtors, but Kari truly stood out.
