The salon is open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary, and walk-ins are welcome. Online check-in is available to skip the wait. While some customers have experienced issues with their haircuts not meeting their requests, the friendly and clean business has stylists who are willing to fix problems and provide great service. One stylist, in particular, has received praise for her excellent haircuts and friendly demeanor.
The last time I went, the lady cut my hair how she thought it should be done, and not how I asked for it. Thankfully, I was able to see another stylist there to somewhat fix the issue. They were happy to take care of it and even thanked me for allowing them to fix it.
Friendly and clean business. Alex is our go-to. She has been cutting my son's hair for 3ish years. She's always full of smiles and easy to talk to. She always delivers on haircuts.
I really like the convenience of online check-in. It reduces the wait time inside the salon. However, I was disappointed in the haircut as it was not what was requested. The request was for a fade and ended up with a balding buzz cut on sides and backs, resembling a high and tight. I will go back but request a different person to cut hair.
