This is not on the DR for making the experience bad. Front desk will cancel your appointment while you’re in line as you miss the grace period. Not mine, but my partners. I go somewhere I trust and they’re kind. She just got referred here. There’s a lack of accountability when it comes to explaining things in a way the customer feels attacked for even showing up. I’ve had glasses since I was 4-5 yo and never had to deal with reception that lacked customer service like this. As a former customer service employee and office manager, they could do better. i have an extremely high script and was told by my last eye doctor that i couldnt have contacts because there wasnt a brand that carried my script. dr faulkner said that it would take some digging probably some adjustments but that she believed that she could get me fitted for a pair. the girls in the glasses area were super helpful on helping find a pair of glasses that would work with my script and still look cute as well. my kids go here and they love it too!!
