I have had good experiences here since 2021 until recently. When I called today I explained my situation, I said I think my insurance is through VSP ( yes, I should have known exactly before I was trying to pull it up. ) but was met with the remark "Well, there's a difference between knowing and thinking." I understand you deal with the public daily, but that is no reason to have comments like that. When I said, it's on my account she responded with "well I'm not looking at your account." I'm fully aware you weren't. It costs you absolutely nothing to be nice. You work in customer service, the way I was spoken to was uncalled for.

Everyone in that office was amazing! This was my son's first eye appointment and they treated him with professional, caring service. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to use. Highly recommend!!!

Finding the clinic was difficult on the map. I got lost trying to find Delaware Avenue, and ultimately needed the GPS to locate it. Once there, my girlfriend was able to be seen for her eye exam. The staff were very helpful and assisted her in every step of her exam, addressing the issues affecting her eyesight in relation with her diabetes.The staff also assisted her in selecting the right size glasses to meet her vision needs, and set her up for follow up care. Overall, my only issue was the difficulty in finding the clinic. I would choose Eye Care of Bartlesville myself if it was in my provider's network.
