We are in the midst of a horrible disaster, the city sewer main backed up, a river of sewer shot like a firehouse out of the toilets, for 4 hours. I called the city 4 times, they weren’t in a hurry. One call to Courtesy Care, Justin and Diego showed up very quickly. It wasn’t their job to wade into ongoing sewer flooding, but they saw my husband and I fighting a losing battle and did it anyway. When the sewer finally quit flowing, they jumped in to start cleanup. The next day, Courtesy Care had every single person needed to assess damage and repairs. The damage is extreme. We had a water line burst in our attic, which caused significant water damage, and we contacted Courtesy Care early on a Saturday. They responded quickly and were out to our home in no time. Their team immediately started the mitigation process to prevent any mold, setting up fans and dehumidifiers without delay.
They were very thorough when it came to documenting everything for insurance, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. From the initial water mitigation to the final home repairs, we had an amazing experience.
