“Not going to lie - when I found myself seeing water come up out of the floor, literally had no clue what to do and my anxiety kicked into overdrive. Someone recommended Courtesy Care to me, and I’m beyond thankful that I gave them a call!

Nick and his team were at our house a couple of hours later and came up with a mitigation plan that included extra precautions for our son who has had respiratory issues as well as ensuring that we could have continued access to the back bathroom by doing the sectioning off of the area a little differently! Everyone was professional, and I loved that you could contact them with any questions via text (since this millennial hates calling people 😅).

They did an excellent job of coordinating the mitigation, tear out of the floors, moving company, etc. but honestly - probably the most impressive part was the meticulous documentation that they generated.

Like many, the insurance side of it terrified me, especially after I was interrogated by the adjuster. BUT the documentation that Courtesy Care put together for the mitigation and restoration was so good that in the end - I only had two other calls with insurance; one telling me that they were reviewing the documentation and another the next day saying that they would be putting a check in the mail!

If God forbid, we have to deal with another circumstance like this, I know who we will be calling!
