Based on customer reviews, Cadillac Cleaners in Bartlesville, Oklahoma offers dry cleaning, wash and fold laundry, and pickup and delivery. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Clothes are cleaned perfectly, returned neatly pressed, fresh, and ready to wear. The turnaround time is quick, and the pricing is fair for the quality of service. Blankets are done quickly and packaged for storage. They also do a great job with shirts and king size comforters. Customers love that they receive a text when orders are ready for pick up, and the website is extremely helpful. The service is reliable and high-quality. One note is that a new customer discount did not work, so more care should be taken to honor offers. Overall, customers highly recommend them for dependable garment care.
For over 20 years, I have been taking my dry cleaning, mostly suits and white shirts, to this cleaners.
They do a great job with my clothes and the employees are always efficient, kind and helpful!
Usually when I go in, Caitlyn is the employee that helps me and she does a great job! RES
I had a wonderful experience with this dry cleaner. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Our clothes were cleaned perfectly. Everything was returned neatly pressed, fresh, and ready to wear. The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was fair for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this dry cleaner to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service! I'll definitely be returning for all my dry cleaning needs!
They did a great job and we're very fast. The only complaint that I have, is they offer a discount but it didn't work for me. I'm not going to mark them down for that, but I do think more care should be taken to make sure that the new customers offer for a discount is honored.
