I am not even sure where to start! Everyone here is SO NICE! Marcia and Charles are awesome!! They both took such good care of my dad. They listened patiently with genuine concern. I know my dad hasn't ever felt so heard. He is 85 years old and I am a mama bear of a daughter. I was never given a reason to be Mama Bear. I am grateful for all of these wonderful people and especially Marcia and Charles! Thank you so much! We promise we will be back if we ever need urgent care again!!!
Best Urgent Care in Bartlesville! Check in is easy and quick, there's never a long wait, the staff from front to back are always kind and friendly. I've seen Hannah every time and she has always taken such good care of me. The supervisor, providers, Rad Techs, nurses, MA's, and LPN are all wonderful! Thank you all for being outstanding!
They were prompt. The whole team was extremely professional. They gave my son a care bag with a water, chap stick, hand sanitizer and a magnet.
