Our A/C stopped working one weekend in the hottest part of the summer !!! We called several A/C repair services and Robinson Heating & Air was the only one who called us back the same day !!! We called several places to get quotes. Robinsons was the only one who mentioned up sizing due to vaulted ceiling. Comparing info that we got from other companies, this young man sounds like he had more experience and knows what he is doing in the heat/air business. We had them install a heat pump in a new build. They were very professional and friendly. They had the install complete on the day he said he would. The price was very reasonable and the unit works like a dream. They explained the issue and gave us options as to how to address it. They were able to schedule an install only a week later. They were professional and big on detail.
