They are on call 24/7, please make sure they contacting with mechanic. Cause their dispatch didn’t wake him up. I was ending up fell asleep and get him in morning.
I think his name was Billy he came with dually 3500. I’ve issues about air in fuel, priming wasn’t helping at all. He came out and he diagnosed fuel tank breather clogged, and he bypassed and he started truck under 20 minute.

Great service! Prompt, fair, and professional. Being in OTR, we deal with a lot of breakdowns and repairs. I personally handle most of them. Quality service should be recognized and appreciated.

I'd like to take a minute to give a review. I pulled in with a blown tire on my trailer and Matt was my service guy. There were 2 ahead of me and I'll tell you Matt had all three of us done in a timely manner! He even handled yet another issue on my loop around. Matt hands down is BADASS at what he does blowing any Loves shop mechanic away single handedly. I am still that impressed!! Thank you my guy for executing the tasks at hand!
