Allison at the Clinique area was incredible—so knowledgeable about skincare, body scrubs, and fragrance matching. She helped us pick the perfect gifts! Then, Sierra wrapped up our visit with the absolute best vibes at the register. Excellent customer service all around. We will definitely be back!

Best Ulta store is always clean and organized. I would love to see the make-up of the Dior brand and Laura Geller. My only complaint is the lack of restock of the Rizos hair care products other than that, the store is great,customer service is excellent and the offers variety is good. The online service is accurate.

The ladies here are so very helpful. I have never worn makeup or done any foo-foo girly stuff. I was always a tomboy and way too busy fishing, riding bikes, or swimming to do makeup.
Then I had a baby girl. Fourteen years later, she loves this stuff. I personally think the stuff is a waste of money.
However, if you find yourself in a position of having to get this junk, the ladies here will tell you what you need. Every time I come here to get something for my daughter, they always tell me the correct item she wants.
I swear, a bar of Ivory soap and a washcloth would save people a lot of money!
