Now patriot heating and air, they are terrible. They have looked at my unit a total of 3 times and still haven’t found the issue. The last 2 times Brandon has been at my house, he hasn’t even knocked on the door to let me know he’s here. Only knew he visited because my neighbor seen him outside at my unit. What kind of business doesn’t even knock on your door to let you know they’re looking at your stuff?? I’ve asked for someone other than him to come look and “there’s no one else available”. If I didn’t have to use them because of my landlord, I would never hire them nor will I ever recommend them. Pay more and get the job done right.

Top Tech installed the hvac unit in the attic of a new build. They left the drain line open and sitting directly on the Sheetrock resulting in water dripping through the ceiling in multiple places and standing in my kitchen. Also, left the overflow valve closed and it would not have drained when needed. These pics don’t accurately show both lights water was dripping from or the wet seams and places where the Sheetrock was nailed. Water went down under rafters onto Sheetrock. Extremely incompetent work.

Bought a new unit 3-4 yrs ago have had nothing but trouble outta it already had to have them but freon in it and now it's back to not cooling down that was 5500 I paid and for it to be under warranty but can't seem to get it fixed . 100/10 don’t recommend they don’t know what they are doing 5500.00 wasted on a bad job now it’s quit and had sparks coming out of the inside unit
