Linda was wonderful in Jewelry in helping me get the exact ring I wanted for our engagement we picked out a 3 stone. Even took the time to show the kids some jewerly and answer all their questions lol! We will definatly be back. They always have great sales on everything! Thank you!!!

I like JCP but this one in Ardmore need a huge update,starting with the dress rooms,these need more light, better decoration,the home department need to be bigger to display their beautiful merchandise,the beauty salon have to be update too as well the bathrooms. Is a great spot but need to work on the store and the employees need to be happier and work on the customer service,in the past this store have great ladies that instructed you on the sales and discounts or suggest you about the newest things. Staff is always excellent and the store is always clean and like every jc Penny's I've been in they only have men's Arizona jeans in skinny jeans so don't even bother looking for straight cut or athletic cut or even boot cut. You can dream about it but they don't not have it. Iv been watching for months and nothing but skinny jeans.
