If I could give negative stars I would! I had no choice in funeral home as he was the one on call. Not a single one there, not the owner, his son or any secretary is competent. They made this experience absolutely horrible. They never called me, I had to chase them and never got a straight answer. They lost my dad’s file! It took 2 months to get his ashes and 2.5 years to get his death certificate. All they ever said was I don’t know. What do you mean you don’t know? It’s your business to know! At one point they blamed the M.E. for holding things up, that was a lie. Evident by the date he signed the death certificate, shortly after my dad died yet I got the certificate... read full review
