Rick was very professional and friendly. He worked diligently until he found the issue and fixed it. He cleaned the coils that had something blocking them instructed on cleaning the filter. Maybe the previous owners did not clean filter because I clean after every load but will be more careful. He should reward he is very good and dependable, he let us know he had to move appointment timely Thanks On price it was covered my warranty so very happy with care.

Rick did an excellent job, it's so nice to have my ice maker functioning again. Wonderful technician, an asset to A & E. My coils have never been so clean!? Today Rick repaired my dryer, another phenomenal job. Thank you so much Rick.

Very informative about my machine. So much I didn't understand about it. Great personality, too. First time meeting him yet my husband and I (ages 81 and 73) felt like he was family. We need more customer service in the world today like this.
