I had to leave a review after seeing a couple of bad ones. I won't be in Alva for long, but one of the highlights of this small town is the fact that there's a fully equipped gym. The equipment is in good shape, repairs are made quickly, and the staff is helpful and courteous.

Everyone is very positive and so helpful. I appreciate the crew they got running the student center everyone always makes sure im doing okay very grateful for an amazing and positive community you guys rock

Typical small town gym. Friendly staff, nice pool and fitness classes. Though, I wish they would stop pressuring people to get out of the gym 30 minutes before closing by cleaning equipment just so they can go home sooner.
