The lady at the front desk was so sweet, the nurse was nice but the attending physician was not nice, no compassion, not one smile, and came off as attitude. Everyone else besides her was great.

Fast In and Out service with my infant today. The front desk was very helpful with my registration and the nurses were so kind and courteous. I will definitely be returning and feel so grateful that this place exists.

As someone who has had consistently awful experiences in the emergency department at JCMH, I’m happy this office exists.
Everyone is very understanding and friendly, we have been multiple times for different members of our family and we have never had a bad experience. Sometimes wait times can be long, but that is to be expected. You can sign in online ahead of time which can help.
The staff is wonderful and every provider I’ve seen was attentive and understanding.
